FLUXE uses artificial intelligence to facilitate project communications. Our AI capabilities include:

  • AI Voice Agents — Automated phone calls for scheduling, updates, and vendor coordination
  • AI-Assisted SMS — Intelligent text message drafting and automated responses
  • AI-Drafted Emails — Automated email composition for project communications
  • AI Document Analysis — Automated review and extraction from project documents
  • AI Transcription — Automated speech-to-text for call recordings and voicemails

Important: All AI-generated interactions are clearly identified as such. You may request to communicate with a human representative at any time by responding “HUMAN” to any AI-initiated communication or by contacting us directly.

3b. SMS / Text Messaging

When you opt in to text messaging from FLUXE — including conversations with QUARK, our AI project agent — the following applies:

  • Message frequency varies based on your project activity and inquiries.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at privacy@fluxe.life.
  • Reply HUMAN at any time to have a person, not AI, handle your thread.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We may share your information with:

  • Project participants — Clients, vendors, and subcontractors involved in your project as necessary to fulfill project obligations
  • Service providers (subprocessors) — Including Supabase and Vercel (hosting and storage), Twilio and Resend (messaging), Stripe and Mercury (payments), Notion and Google (project records and documents), and Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Tripo3D, Meshy, and Modal (AI and 3D processing). We publish the complete list, what each one is used for, and what data each one touches, at fluxe.life/subprocessors.
  • AI model providers — We use these providers' business APIs, which do not train on submitted data by default. We do not send your data to any provider for model training. Note that site-walk video is uploaded to Google Gemini for analysis and deleted after processing.
  • Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
  • Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection of your data

We do not sell personal information.

We will respond within 45 days (CCPA) or 30 days (GDPR) of receiving a verified request.

7. Security Measures

These are the protections we actually have in place today:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest, provided by our infrastructure providers (Supabase and their underlying cloud host)
  • Row-level security enabled on every database table, so records are isolated to the account they belong to
  • Role-based access control separating operator and client access
  • Audit logging of significant record changes
  • No advertising trackers or third-party analytics on our platform

What we do not yet have

We would rather tell you plainly than imply more than is true. FLUXE is an early-stage company and is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, has not undergone third-party penetration testing, and has not yet completed data processing agreements with every vendor listed on our subprocessors page. We do not have a formal documented incident response program. We will update this section as each of these changes — and we will not claim any of them before then.

If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators as required by law, and without undue delay.

If you need specific assurances before sharing confidential material, contact us at privacy@fluxe.life and we will tell you exactly where we stand.

8. Children's Privacy

FLUXE's project and communications services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we will promptly delete it. To request deletion, contact privacy@fluxe.life.

We also publish public experimental and game surfaces that are not part of the project platform. These are not directed at children, and purchases on them require a payment method and must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly accept purchases from minors.

8b. Cookies & Local Storage

We use a deliberately small number of cookies, and none of them are for advertising:

  • Authentication — session cookies that keep you signed in. Required for the platform to function.
  • Preferences — a cookie remembering your light or dark theme choice.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. Because we set only strictly necessary and preference cookies, we do not show a consent banner. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser, though doing so will sign you out.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect, via email notification or prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of FLUXE services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
