1. Text Messaging Program Terms

FLUXE offers project coordination and updates by SMS, including two-way conversations with QUARK, our AI project agent. By opting in — texting our number first, submitting your phone number with the SMS opt-in checkbox on our website, or requesting text updates from our team — you agree to these program terms:

• Program description — project status updates, scheduling and document reminders, feasibility study delivery, and two-way support conversations about your project.
• Frequency — message frequency varies with your project activity and inquiries.
• Cost — message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan; FLUXE does not charge for texts.
• Opt out — reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help — reply HELP, email privacy@fluxe.life, or call (702) 827-9111.
• Human option — reply HUMAN at any time and a person, not AI, will handle your thread.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Use of Services

FLUXE provides owner's-representation and project-management services and related software, including feasibility studies prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by people. Estimates and studies are planning guidance, not bids, quotes, or contractor pricing; engagements are governed by the written agreement you sign with FLUXE, which controls over these terms where they differ.

You agree to use our services lawfully and to provide accurate information. AI-generated interactions are identified as such; you may always request a human.

3. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect information — including all SMS consent data — is described in our Privacy Policy.
